The structure of this development plan is based on
the Gestalt OD approach and the cycle of experience
characterizing the original approach of EXPERIENCE.
Step 1: Application of the measure
Each manager selects about 10 people (respondents) from whom he or she wishes to receive feedback about the impact of his managerial style. Each actor fills a questionnaire of 96 questions (Online).
Step 2: Appropriation of results
Presentation of the results of the survey to the college of managers.
