Gestalt comes from the German verb “gestalten”, which means “to shape, to give a structure”.
The Gestalt is a method of accompanying change that draws on research carried out since the beginning of the last century on the psychology of form.
The Gestalt approach is concerned with the form given to the process of organizational development. Thus, in order to understand a behavior or a situation, it is not enough to concentrate the analysis on their symptoms. The path and values of Dino Ragazzo, founder of EXPERIENCE, naturally led him to this humanist approach.
